ABOUT
I Once Ran My Whole Business Out Of Google Calendar.
Now I help coaches build a business that fits the season of life they're in.

My Story
In 2020, I had my first baby and started an online bookkeeping business. It was literally the first thing I saw that I could do from home, online. So that's what I did.
Then came baby number two, and baby number three. And somewhere in the middle of it all, my entire business was living in Google Calendar.
I had no idea what a CRM was. I had no idea what an SOP was. I barely understood what a system was. I was making it up as I went, and eventually I hit a breaking point.
So I started testing everything. Tool after tool, for years. I taught myself how to build systems and processes, and I kept adjusting them until they worked for a busy stay at home mom with a growing family.
Something else happened along the way. I didn't love bookkeeping. But I loved owning an online business. And I was good at systems and productivity.
I wanted to help other solo coaches like me. I held on to that dream for years, while life kept getting full. That included Graves' disease, thyroid surgery, and thyroid cancer and treatment.
When I was on maternity leave with my fourth baby, I finally decided to go for it.
I had spent months planning and saving for that leave. And I only got three weeks. After all that effort, three weeks. That's when I knew how badly I wanted the freedom to be my own boss again.

Maybe you're a mom running a business in the pockets of time you can find. Maybe your health sets the pace. Maybe you know your stuff, but you feel like you have no idea what you're doing when it comes to running an online business.
I've been all three.
And I learned that we can design a business on purpose, one that puts our real life first. We don't have to do anything in it that doesn't feel aligned with our values or our goals.
Copying and pasting someone else's business systems is one of the quickest paths to burnout, especially when those systems don't fit our values, our goals, or our personal lives.
That's the kind of business I help you build.
What I Believe
You Need Real Eyes On Your Business
I love courses for certain topics. For real momentum, I believe you need more. You need real accountability and someone who looks at your actual business, so you get depth instead of cookie cutter advice.
You Should See My Real Thinking
I show my decisions as I make them, including the mistakes and the adjustments. You get the thought process behind what I create in my business, in real time.
Weekly CEO Time Is Non-Negotiable
I believe in protected time every week, and you choose when. Block it off on your calendar, or pick one day that is just for you. Use it to focus on your systems, your professional development, or your weekly planning.
Make it fun. Wear something comfy, grab your coffee, and hit play on your favorite focus playlist. Notifications off. No client calls and no client work. This is time you gift yourself to make progress on your goals and move your business forward, instead of just surviving in it.
Focus Is Vital
I'm a recovering perfectionist, and I still struggle with shiny object syndrome. I have found that focus matters most. Sometimes that means hiding things from myself and saving them for future me.
Your Pace Matters
I've experienced burnout. I know what it's like when your body has to slow you down and set a new pace. I build my business around that now, and I help you build yours around your pace too.
What I Do Now
I help solo coaches turn what's swirling in their heads into a plan that fits their real life.
Inside my mentorship, I put my real eyes on your business. I send personal voice notes and Loom videos, so we can go deep on your questions. I also love live build with me sessions and live get it done sessions, where we work side by side. And we work together to protect your weekly CEO time.
